Overview

THE RAVE STRUT IS AN EVOLUTION FOR A VEHICLE STABILIZATION EQUIPMENT

With the automatic locking system that enables the Rave Strut to shorten predefined extension time and allowing rescuers to install the Rave Strut within 15 seconds. On-site rescue is a race against time; RESQTEC understands the difficulty, so that is how we created the Rave Strut. The most effective stabilization strut currently in the market.

RAVE stands for Rapid Automatic Vehicle Extraction Strut and it works exactly as you want it to. Just 4 simple steps: Grab it, rotate to suitable head, pull the strut and stabilize. Existing struts on the market do not feature automatic locking; users must manually lock the strut. Otherwise, they may pose a risk and require additional steps to set up because they are limited by predefined extension time. With the auto-locking system, it is faster and safer. Furthermore, Rave Strut works flawlessly with Profit Max.

UNIQUE FEATURES

AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM – REMOTE CONTROL

Automatic mechanical locking in any position – it makes stabilizing and following loads as it should be; safe and easy. Put in position and it always locks into place. Add the pneumatic functionalities of the Pro-Fix Max and every rescuer can operate the struts safely out of range. True safety: Working in the danger zone, right underneath the load, is no longer needed.

EVOLVED FOR ANY SCENARIO

By adding the Multi Swivel and a Power Plate, your Pro-Fix Max is provided with extra grip and new possibilities to use chains, ratchet straps or earth nails to fix it firmly.

Profix Max’s Extentsions can add up to 600 mm extra length by adding an extension and up to 1400 mm by combining it with a Profix Max. The Profix Max provides 10 ton lifting capacity by integration of the ram.

MONOPOD

The monopod is ideal when in confined spaces. When needed on a cliff or in a well, the monopod is the way to go.

BIPOD

The bipod is ideal for moving heavy objects. It also works great when positioned at a cliff.

TRIPOD

For extreme tripod needs. When in the need to lower or lift a heavy object or even a heavily obese person, the tripod – built with Pro-Fix – won’t let you down.

COLUMN GANTRY

Handle the biggest constructions with ease with 3 x 15 tons and a 4:1 safety factor.

TRENCH SHORING

Ultimate stability and ease of use is what you want inside the trench. With the automatic locking simply put in the right place, pop it and it locks automatically.

WALL SUPPORT

Securing a wall when time is limited. The automatic locking system makes installation easy and quick.

THE PROFIX MAX LOAD INDICATOR

Measure the loads exerted on the Pro-Fix Max system with the Load indicator. Clearly indicating when the loads are becoming to high. Can be used upside down.
