HYDRAULIC COOLING MANAGEMENT (HCM)
Hydraulic Cooling Management (HCM) gives efficient transportation of hydraulic fluid reducing heat generation and gives high reliability in all situations, hot and cold climates.
LOW NOISE LEVEL
With only 80dB the 3SR is super silent for optimum working conditions.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
With 3-stage radial system speed vs. pressure is optimally regulated. Get the highest speed at every stage. Delivering significant power in the first stage, the 3SR may not even enter the 2nd or 3rd stage to do its job compared to other systems. It has power to spare! The result is that the car post can be cut in this 1st stage; you already have 41 tons at your disposal.

MINI/MIDI POWER UNIT
LIGHTWEIGHT, HIGH PERFORMANCE, LOW NOISE LEVEL
High performance, low noise level, and excellent cooling management. The new MINI and MIDI Lightweight power units have a new lightweight design.
LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIALS
Reduce almost 20% weight but with the same high performance! The tank and the carter of the power units are made out of high strength synthetic material. The wrap-around frame is redesigned in an ergonomic way which leads to easy carrying and good protection of the power unit.
The Lightweight power units have a unique integrated cooling system which leads to a continuous flow of cooled oil instead of reusing hot oil. Heat has a big impact on rescue tools when it comes down to reliability and performance.
Due to the superior internal design of the Lightweight power unit, the hydraulic fluid is being transported in such a manner that it enjoys optimum cooling and eliminates the possibility of foam/aeration and cavitation.

Pump stages give you speed at a specific pressure. The higher the pressure less motor capacity is left to produce speed. Thus, the higher the pressure less speed is available. The pump gives high speed when you just need to open or close the tool and lower speed when you are actually cutting or spreading. 3 stage pumps allow you to cut or spread at a lower pressure to avoid impact and possible movement of the patient.
