Rachet straps are an important tool for rescuers, but not always the easiest tool to work with.
Simply seen they weren’t specifically designed for rescue, until now. It is the only true rachet strap designed for rescue due to two significant features:

Airbag Safety System for Trucks
The unfolding speed of an airbag is about 400 km/hour with a maximum axial trust force of 10.000 N. When in an accident the airbag is not triggered, it becomes a hazard for the rescuers. Accidental airbag release can cause serious injury to both the rescuers as victims. With this fast and easy system there now is a solution for this problem. This system retains the forces and releases them to the side when the airbag is triggered. With a safety factor of 1.5, you can be sure of a safe working environment.

With the introduction of Airbags on the passenger side, it has become quite apparent to also secure and protect the victim and rescuer against an unforeseen deployment of the airbag. Most automobiles have integrated airbags on both sides of the passenger cabin and during an accident there is a possibility that the airbags are not triggered for some reason. This creates a dangerous situation for both victims as rescuer. With this system it is easy and fast to protect victim and rescuer from the airbag.
With trained rescuers, the installation only takes between 45 and 60 seconds.

PROTECTION COVER
As extrication operations take place it happens frequently that sharp and edges and surfaces faces threat for both rescuer as victim. Safety is a crucial point in our objectives and should never be compromised on. In further addition to ensure safety at all times there are protection covers to insulate sharp and protruding edges and surfaces. The protection cover set is suitable for every car and available in two sets. A and B posts covers are equipped with Velcro. Large and small protection covers are suited with magnets for easy deployment as they automatically stick to the body work of the car.
