Overview
The RESQTEC Aircraft Sledge System is a means of temporary transport to move a disabled aircraft​. The sledge system is a lifting & transport in one. It is used for as a​ carrier to position a stack of LP bags​, a platform to inflate LP bags on​, a carrier to debogg the aircraft​ and possibly used with swiveling platform on top.​
Unique Features
The sledge system comes with:
1. Cart
- WLL 45T
- 360˚ rotational wheel with lock​
- Towbar can be placed in front, side or removed​
- Diagonal towing with a sling​
2. Sledge
- Made up of 5 elements​
- Connected with rods​
- Lashing eyes
- Supplied with a set of roundslings, 2 x 12t and a 25t shackle
- Unlock connection pins
- Lift each section upwards with slings and a forklift
- Re-assemble the 5 sections by connecting the pins
- Also works with the R2S system​
- Connecting is not allowed​
3. Turntable
- WLL 50T
- 360˚ rotation​
- Fuselage diameters from 3500mm to 9000mm​
- Weight ± 3800 kg
4.Marrying
- Connect the sledge to the wing or fuselage
- Try to make crosses
